About Kinetry

Kinetry scores each person on a team against 24 named workplace behaviors, every cycle, from structured ratings — their colleagues' in 360 mode, or a named advisor's in advisor mode. Because the same behaviors are measured the same way each month, teams can see what actually moved, connect the movement to the coaching commitments people kept, and put the result in front of a sponsor or board as a printed report.

Kinetry grew out of Kalgren Consulting's advisory work with operating teams. Annual engagement surveys measure how people feel about the company once a year; the advisory work needed something different — a way to measure how specific people actually behave, often enough to tell whether coaching is working. That instrument became a product.

Kinetry is a product of Kalgren Consulting LLC (doing business as Kinetry), founded and run by Chris Kalgren in Minnesota, United States. Small on purpose: the person who answers your email is the person who builds the product. Consultants and coaches also run Kinetry across their own client companies through the Partner tier.
