Run Kinetry across your client companies: $99/mo flat, every client walled off in its own workspace, a portfolio dashboard across all of them, Business-level features — including AI-written coaching — in your own workspace, and client workspaces at 20% off the direct rate with your partner code at their checkout. Buying makes you the operator: you can create and manage client workspaces immediately. The full partner terms →
- Kinetry Team — $1,152 per year at $12/person/mo · 12 monthly readings per person, the relationship map, and commitment attribution included
- Everything DiSC — $720 for one profile per person
- Five Behaviors — $1,680 for one assessment per person
- Your360 AI — $2,500 for one voice-interview 360 per person (from $2,500 (first 8 people), then $249/person)
Their prices are published figures at the time we checked (DiSC and Five Behaviors Jul 2026, Your360 Aug 2026) and can change. The structural difference isn't the total — it's the denominator: a snapshot describes a day; twelve readings describe a year.
Kinetry is early, and the people using it now shape what it becomes. If you start before November 1, 2026, you pay the same list price as everyone else — and you also get:
- Your price, held. It stays what you signed up at for as long as your subscription runs, even when list prices change.
- A direct line to the person building it. Not a support queue — the founder.
- Credit when your input ships. What changes because of you is called out in the changelog your workspace sees.
- New capability first, while it's still being shaped.
What this isn't: a promise to build whatever you ask for. Kinetry is one person, and a roadmap that belongs to everyone belongs to no one. You'll be heard, and you'll see what your input changed — that's the deal.
Optional. We configure the workspace, get your roster and reporting lines in correctly, launch your first cycle, and walk you through the results when they land — so your first measurement is a real one, not a trial run. Bought alongside any plan; it isn't a subscription and doesn't renew.
Your people do the assessing, and you decide who's measured. If you'd rather bring Kinetry in as the outside assessor — rating your team directly and coaching from the results — that's a separate advisory engagement; talk to us. Most teams don't need either — setup is self-serve and free.
Behavior is measured every month, so a Team seat at $12 buys 12 measurements a year — $12 per measurement, each one a full 24-behavior read on that person with coaching attached. A one-time profile is a single measurement that never updates.
There is no minimum on Team, no contract, and nothing to talk to anyone about: $0 to start, cancel from Admin in two clicks. In a review of 23 comparable products in July 2026, only one offered true month-to-month billing, and none offered a comparable free tier — the sourced, per-product detail is on the comparison page.
›What is “AI-written coaching”, and is it optional?
On Business and Partner, a workspace admin can turn on AI-written coaching: an AI model writes the plain-language summaries and 1:1 prep from each person's own scores and notes. It cites the evidence behind every point, never invents a number, and is meant to support a human's judgment — not replace it. It's off by default, you turn it on or off anytime, and how the data is handled is covered in our Privacy Policy and AI Use Addendum.
›Who counts as a rated person?
Anyone who gets a scorecard. People who only rate their colleagues are never billed. On the free plan, up to 25 people can be scored: in advisor mode you do the assessing and aren't scored, so that's you plus 25; in 360 mode you're usually scored too and count toward the 25.
›What data does Kinetry need?
Only two things: the roster you enter (names, work emails, teams) and the assessments your people fill out — short monthly ratings of 24 defined behaviors. Kinetry doesn't read email, chat, documents, meetings, or calendars, and has no integrations that ingest communication data. If your team didn't type it into Kinetry, Kinetry doesn't have it.
›When do seats actually bill?
Your first invoice reflects the rated people you have at checkout. After that, the seat count is adjusted only when an assessment cycle closes — adding people mid-cycle costs nothing until then, and the count moves both directions.
›How do I cancel?
From Admin → Billing → Manage billing, which opens your Stripe billing portal. No email required, no retention flow. Your workspace returns to the free plan and nothing is deleted.
›What exactly happens if I downgrade?
Display returns to your plan's limits — for example, the free plan shows the last 3 cycles of trend history. The underlying data and full history are kept, and everything reappears if you upgrade again. Deletion only ever happens if you ask for erasure.
›What if a payment fails?
Your plan's features stay on during a 14-day grace window while Stripe retries the card, and the app tells you. If the window passes unpaid, the workspace returns to the free plan — with all data retained.
›Does the $99 Partner base fee cover the partner's own workspace?
Yes. A partner's home workspace gets Business-level features with no per-seat billing — the $99/mo is flat. Client workspaces are separate: each subscribes on its own checkout, at 20% off Team or Business with the partner code, for as long as it subscribes.
›Is my team's data shared or compared with other companies?
Never in identifiable form. No score, name, or note from your workspace is shown to an unrelated customer, and nothing is pooled into cross-company statistics that could identify your company or people (Terms §6). If a consultant runs Kinetry for you as a client workspace, that consultant sees your workspace in their own portfolio — that's the engagement itself, not another customer.
›Can raters be identified from the scores?
In 360 mode, any behavior with fewer than 3 raters shows as insufficient data instead of a number — a published score is never produced by a single person's rating. In advisor mode the assessor is a named advisor by design.
Rated seats are trued up at each cycle close — no mid-cycle surprises. Downgrading never deletes your data or history; display simply returns to your plan's limits. Prices in USD. How scores work · Security · Terms
