From a sketch to a record
Keep a monthly record of what you've seen
If you've rated what you've actually seen with an AI assistant, Kinetry is where you do that every month, on the same 24 behaviors and the same scale, so next month you can see what moved.
Before you start
- It's your ratings, from one point of view, unless you add other raters. That's the default setup: one person rating the people they work with, the same way every month.
- It's for coaching and development. It isn't designed for pay, promotion, or termination decisions, and the terms say so.
- Before you rate a real person, they should know their workplace behaviors are being assessed. If you're the one doing the rating, which is the default setup, Kinetry asks you to confirm that before your first rating.
What the free plan covers
- Up to 5 rated people, free forever. In the default setup you do the rating and aren't one of them; in 360 mode you're usually rated too and count toward the 5.
- A monthly cycle on all 24 behaviors, on the same scale the assistant tools use.
- A scorecard for each person, with the last 3 months of trend.
- 1:1 prep for each person: what moved since last month, and how many commitments were kept.
What it doesn't include
- The Team Relationship Map and Pair Readings are on the Team plan.
- AI-written coaching and the since-last-cycle ledger are on the Business plan.
- Your AI assistant can't read your Kinetry workspace. The public tools work from what you tell them, nothing more.
The plans, and what each one adds, are on the pricing page.
Why a record beats a sketch
One sketch is a snapshot. The same behaviors rated a month apart are a record. If something moves after a kept commitment, the commitment came first. That's worth noticing, and it's all Kinetry claims: we can't say the commitment caused the change. The full method is on the Kept-Commitment Method page.
