KINETRY

Kinetry vs Cloverleaf

Cloverleaf and Kinetry solve overlapping problems in structurally different ways. This page says where Cloverleaf is stronger, where the two genuinely differ, and what each claim is based on — checked against public materials on August 13, 2026.

What Cloverleaf is

Cloverleaf is an automated-coaching platform: it runs twelve validated assessments (DISC, Enneagram, 16 Types, CliftonStrengths, and others under license) and turns the results into daily coaching nudges delivered in Slack, Teams, calendar, and email — plus comparison tools between teammates, and a mature program for professional coaches with published pricing and commissions.

Where Cloverleaf is stronger

Said first, because a comparison that skips this isn't one.

  • Compliance and trust posture: SOC 2 Type II across all five trust criteria, ISO 27001:2022, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and a public trust center. Kinetry holds none of these today.
  • Delivery substrate: coaching arrives inside Slack, Teams, calendars, and email, with Workday and SuccessFactors connections and an MCP integration since January 2026. Kinetry delivers in-product only so far.
  • Assessment breadth: twelve validated instruments including licensed premium ones, with certifications bundled for coaches — a genuine draw for practitioners whose clients expect those tools.
  • Coaching UX maturity: role-play simulations, meeting pre-briefs, message rewrites — years of polish on in-flow coaching delivery, with a G2 profile around 4.8 with ~170 reviews (third-party count, Aug 2026).

The structural differences

What the coaching is generated from
Cloverleaf

One-time personality assessments, with nudge context drawn from calendars, goals, and lifecycle events. The nudges are fresh daily, but the trait data underneath was measured once — a person's DISC profile doesn't move because they worked differently in July.

Kinetry

Behavior re-measured every cycle. Coaching cites this cycle's observed scores, and next cycle's measurement shows whether anything moved.

Measuring whether coaching worked
Cloverleaf

Connect reports 60–90-day changes in engagement-survey factors, and coaches get an ROI dashboard at that level. There is no attribution of specific commitments to specific behavior movement.

Kinetry

The Kept-Commitment Method joins each kept commitment to the exact behavior's movement by the next scored cycle — person-level, floors published, limits stated.

The pair view
Cloverleaf

Cloverleaf's pair features — its Relationship Map and Thinking Style Comparison — compare two people's static assessment results.

Kinetry

The Kinetry Pair Model classifies each pair's observed behaviors every cycle (super syncs, shared gaps, complementary), and the Pair Reading re-renders and re-dates itself each scored cycle.

The practitioner economics
Cloverleaf

Coach plans at $2,400–$9,000/yr, annual only, with per-tier limits on engagement length and assessment counts, and 10–20% commission incentives.

Kinetry

Partner tier at $99/mo flat, cancel anytime; clients check out at 20% off and link-referred client invoices pay a 20% commission. The full comparison table is on the partners page.

Pricing, as published

As of August 2026, Cloverleaf's business tiers (Assess/Coach/Connect) are unpublished — sales-scoped, which is normal for its segment. Coach plans are published and annual: Growth $2,400/yr, Performance $4,800/yr, Executive $9,000/yr, with commission-or-discount incentives of 10/15/20% and engagement-length limits per tier. No free tier; the Coach tier offers a free trial.

Kinetry: free for a leader plus 5 rated people, then $12/rated person/mo (Team, no seat minimum) or $19 (Business, 10-seat minimum), billed truly monthly — raters are always free. Full detail on the pricing page.

Recent Cloverleaf changes worth knowing
  • Nothing verifiably shipped since July 2026 touches recurring behavior measurement or attribution. As checked in August 2026, Cloverleaf's public release notes showed January 2026 as the latest entry, so this section is re-verified against its site before every refresh of this page.
Running Kinetry — instead, or alongside
  • Coaches who sell DISC-style insight sessions keep selling them — Kinetry replaces the part Cloverleaf doesn't do: a recurring scored instrument that shows the client what changed since the engagement started.
  • The Partner tier includes client-workspace creation immediately; a first client can be live the same day from a roster CSV.

The wider review this page sits on: in July, 2026 Kinetry reviewed 23 comparable products claim by claim from their public documentation. As of that dated review, none of the 23 offered a recurring single-assessor mode; none offered in-product commitment attribution connecting kept commitments to later score movement (the Kept-Commitment Method) — four had partial elements; and only one offered true month-to-month billing.
